PlayStation Csx - Gp38-2: Fuses Questions

    I'm quite literally obsessed with this game (especially the American EMD Freight locos) and I'm also curious about every single detail that I can possibly learn.
    Having said that, there are two specific fuses that I haven't been able to find any concrete information about, & I'm curious to know their purpose...

    Okay, that's actually a straight-up lie. Hahaha! Honesty, I just want to see what could/would happen if the "Rev Control" and/or "Turbo" fuses are disabled (either independently or simultaneously) while in motion with the engines running. Would this make any difference at all?

    So...if anyone has any information, insight, or links regarding my inquiry that they could provide, I would greatly appreciate it...even if this IS kind of f**kin' dumb and pointless. Hahaha! Thanks.
