The sd40-3 is rising in popularity with CSX and would be a nice feature to North East Corridor for the small revenue trains between Oak Point and Fresh Pond. It would also be nice for them to be included in Heavy Haul as for there is a scenario for the gp40-2 where you collect sd40-2's to be rebuilt into sd40-3's. A possible scenario for them is rolling them out into service for the first time.
