I was looking if anyone posted this before, and wanted to bring it into the spotlight once again, since it contiunues to bug me.
The wheel slip indicator on the 110 for example is working just as intended, and on the 111 it always follows the needle. Over time, this has grown to annoy me quite a bit.

Also another issue on the 111: The "Befehl 40" indicator light of the PZB doesn't seem to work.

I don't know if it's from the beginning or some update broke it ....... BR111 ... Trainlights .... the interior lighting of the cars doesn't quite respond to it, it's still on ... they can possibly only be controlled via CabCar.

While it took a sec to get used to this one, compare to most of the older releases, I over do like it. There is one annoying bug that I've noticed, and I'm surprised that no one has yet to mention it. With loco properly set up, brakes released and in transit, the brake application indicator for the driver brake reads at 29 percent. Parking brake released, as well as all other braking systems. I'm guessing the majority of posters are using the legacy full hud, and are on simplified or minimal. This affects all, training, Time tables, and scenarios so I know it's not operator error. Train drives and brakes fine. It's just annoying as hell to see it display bad information. I'm used to seeing and I like seeing my hud in the lower right corner and knowing more information as to what my train is doing even if I'm not always focusing on the control and enjoying the scenery. Other than literally 7 routes, I've pretty much acquired and extensively driven what's available. First time encountering this.

You can hook up a keyboard and use the shirt cuts. Other than that, no.
