For those worried about the packaging to avoid any risk of breakage or other issues, as well as the delivery time, please note that I live in France. I ordered it and paid €55 shipping and a 10% discount on August 17th, and I received it on September 1st in a package with the controller in its box filled with protective plastic film and everything else in another box. It's a real joy.
    Sincerely, tof

Thank you very much for your comment and feedback. So far, the few cases of damage we have received mainly involve the upper 3D-printed decorative part, which remains very rare. For each of these cases, we have already sent replacement parts to ensure that the user experience is not affected.

Great news! Our brand-new warehouse in Germany is expected to open in mid-October!
From then on, orders to Europe and the UK will ship directly from Germany—
which means lower shipping costs and much faster delivery.

Before, even air shipping took around 15 days.
Soon, you’ll be getting your orders in just 3–4 days!

Stay tuned—your faster and smoother experience is on the way!

I’ve had mine for 4 months now, and everything is still as perfect as out of box! (When I don’t play, I do keep it tucked away so dust can’t accumulate inside the unit) but it really is a product worth investing in! It truly brings a whole new lease of life to most stock in game!! :)

Thank you very much for your suggestion! A dust cover is indeed a great idea, and we’ll seriously consider it for future accessories. Your feedback helps us a lot in making our products even better.

Spark Chen, can you tell me if a 4 Lever version is in the making? I desperately need a fourth lever for german locos for the AFB. If the TSC X had four levers, I would order immediately, llike this, its missing a vital control for me. :) But good move with the warehouse in Germany!

Good call. Is it therefore possible to map the AFB lever via the utility?

It is already possible now, but only on a few German locos/train sets: all ICEs, BR 146, 185. I could not make it work on the BR 182, 193 as well as the 101 (both non-expert as well as expert).

My understanding is that this comes down to the fact that to make the TSC-X controller work in TSW, you have to go through CobraOne's software, which itself emulate a raildriver, which itself takes the mapping from each rolling stock in TSW with regards to raildriver into consideration. Usually the AFB is mapped to "LocoBrake" raildriver-wise, but not always, and sometimes it is just omitted.

That was perhaps a bit of a clumsy explanation but the bottom line is - this is on DTGs and third parties to fix. 4 levers will not fix anything as long as the raildriver mapping is done incorrectly.

You should also not control the TSC-X controller with the preset locomotives that are already in the CobraOne software.
You should create your own profile in the CobraOne software for the buttons and levers for the TSC-X controller.

Check out Larwan Gamin on YouTube, he has assigned the third lever to the AFB.
    https://www.youtube.com/@LarwanGaming/videos

I will create a thread where you can share your profiles for the TSC-X controller with other users and ask for profiles.
I've even got the go-ahead from dtg_jan to move the thread I create to the FAQs & Guides section, as he thought it was a very good idea.

I hope to have the thread ready today or tomorrow.

It is crazy that after nearly 9 years of TSW there is still no way to directly assign axes and buttons to Xinput devices. Even limited train games like Derail Valley have this basic functionality.

Over the past three months, we’ve been continuously gathering and reviewing valuable feedback from our users. The accessories for the TSC-X are now in the final testing phase, and the four-lever version (TSC-?) you mentioned is also under serious consideration. As for the warehouse in Germany, although the investment cost is quite high, it plays a key role in improving the overall user experience. Once we have any updates, we will announce them on our website—please stay tuned.

TSW 6 Free Version - TSW Unniversal Controller Interface

TSW 6 now has a api that allows programmers to talk directly to TSW without using the PieHid64.dll, but instead use HTTP requests.
With the api, I can also extract the notches used on the levers in each loco which should give much better control of the levers
I am working on a new version of my program (TSW Unniversal Controller Interface) that will talk to this api but there is a learning curve for me to do this, so it may take some time to come up with a viable solution and there is no guarantee I will be able to achieve this.
In the meantime, the current version will remain working for the foreseeable future.

As this will only work with TSW 6 onwards can I recommend users who do not have TSW 6, to get the free version asap. The option to get the free version expires on 11/11/2025. You just need to claim it, you don't have to install it straight away.

very cool then we all have a new launch option to set in steam namely -HTTPAPI
once your new controller interface comes out:)
there are already some tools that are using it
    such as TSW Route Annotations
i have not tried that one out yet but it seems cool

    there is also ThirdRails 9.1
    Simply Tracking with ThirdRails

ps: the HTTPAPI was available in TSW 5 too

Zone Alarm is no better than the in built Defender. I really don't know why people persist with anything other than Defender to be honest. Long gone are the days that you needed something other than what is built in to Windows. External AV systems can even turn off some of the core security features of Windows 11 leaving you less protected rather than more.

The only issue I've run into is W11 won't allow software to alter the installed files of other software without admin but you can copy over the dll by hand very easily.

I've made tutorials for a lot of rail games (10 so far) and have a few more in the works https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWi4sYR9zXqXcl5-TXvlMbB5HIh_nuMmj

I too would love a 4 axis version. 3 is great for alot of loco's but there are some (for me mostly steam) that 4 axis levers would be needed (throttle/reverser, loco brake, train brake)

ps: do not set the dampers of the levers to loose or gravity will pull them down :)
the throttle brake lever did go from 6 to 7 etc (i saw it moving slowly downwards)
i just turned it a bit faster and fixed :)
