Deterioration Textures On Sehs

If i play the two services with "Spirit of Steam" pack on SEHS, the cab is very deteriorated (like you can look at the image).
Is it a bug or a solution to prevent a crash of the game by DTG?
Has anyone the same problem?

• Service/Scenario Name + Start Time:

1) 1S99 "The Spirit of Steam" (start at 12:06 from Rochester)
2) 1P99 "The Spirit of Steam" (start at 19:00 from Faversham)​

 

The nameplate doesn't appear neither.

 

Looks like the low-poly LOD model that should only be seen at a distance.

Maybe a bug, maybe memory limitations...
