So I just bought the DB Br218 in the sale along with a couple other locos and the 218 itself works perfectly fine, pulling n-wagen's, freight or running light, but the N-wagon cab car doesn't seem to work I tried playing one of the Cab car's services on the Dresden to Leipzig route after playing the tutorial and it didn't work, went back to the tutorial, got it moving, went back to the service, set the cab car up in the same order, nope, nothing, went back to the tutorial, got it moving again, went to free roam, set the thing up in the same order as the tutorial: KWS remote on Reverser in neutral Air compressor on Engine group 1 start for 10 secs, then on Brake key on Train line power on for 2 secs Brakes off Notch 2 nothing. Can someone tell me if there's an extra step or give a better tutorial please, I'd would really appreciate that
Isn't there also a power control switch in the cab of the cabcar like in the br218? In the cab of the br218 the most left switch on the desk is also somewhere in the cabcar I believe.
I was about to say that. There's a switch labelled "Leistung" which has to be switched on, just like on the 218 itself
In the back panel of cab 1 in the 218 (the loco) the switch that lets you select between ZWS and KWS has to bet set to KWS. When spawning the n-wagen diesel cab car in free roam, that switch used to be set to ZWS when I last tried, and this can only be "fixed" from the loco's cab.
