On the PC, several tiimes I have caught a fish and after viewing the catch details and returning to the fishing screen, my character disappears and I am left with a floating rod (that I can fish with sometimes) and floating fish from that catch and sometimes more stick there from subsequent catches. Also, I have had the tackle screen come up while this is happening, and I can't close it by hitting any buttons and I have to hard exit the game. I've taken a few screen shots of this and used the in-game screen shot and upload feature. Attached is one that the character didn't disappear.
