Dlc Included With Gamepass Not Working

Hi, i installed the 2020 version thats included with game pass and cant find the 3 DLC packs that i installed. I deleted and reinstalled everything 3 times, cleared cache and just submitted a ticket. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you fix it?
