In today's console stream around 2h and 6min it seems, that the console version of the ICE 4 has no AFB at the moment?
It seems there is a problem with the touchscreen in the ICE4, so it is not possible to click the AFB button in the menu to turn it on. Might work (as a workaround) if you can plug a keyboard and press the key to turn it on, but I cant say for sure.
There should be a setting to turn expert screens off. (There is in 6, hopefully they've not removed it). That should let you use the regular cursor.
If you have expert screen mode active on consoles the screens don't work. If you turn that off in the settings, you can zoom in to the screen and it works. This issue has been present since expert screen mode was introduced. It has never worked on consoles.
