No list that I know of, but I use this...

    https://live.dovetailgames.com/live...ticle/train-sim-world-4-game-update-august-13

The article does leaves out the 218, and then all stock from TSW5 should have it, save the 350 and 72 from WCML. If there's more then I would like to know about it too.

To those complaining that the Köln - Aachen timetable comes without other updates- I get it, but timetable updates alone are to be encouraged, even if the route update comes later. I wouldn’t want the need to do a full remaster to prevent the release of new timetables. And the new timetable looks AMAZING, kudos to Joethefish

With the 111 pack, could we at least get a new livery or two? They’ve worn a few…

agree 100% with this, i'll take a timetable enhancement any day, for me it's the single biggest improvement that can be made to a route and i would very much encourage timetable improvements!

    Bernina is really nice!
The only things bothering me are the physics of the speedometer when setting it, the wrong speed boards (long story with these) and the fact you only have a maximum of three coaches at the end although in reality there are mostly 5-6 coaches. Scenery and train wise it’s almost perfect and it’s also very nice to drive!
And then there is the issue with bug fixes never coming to game (on this routes it’s some signals) but that’s a Rivet thing..
But there are only a few bugs

I can and I can't be the only one otherwise they wouldn't be in business. The FCL is very decent now and Bermina looks good although I don't have it yet. Rivet come up with some interesting routes.

To be honest I actually think that they have seperate teams for the two games; it would be quite… let’s say interesting to see them push away TSW in order to build something for a game like the Bus

I wonder what they are building for The Bus, is it a new "route/city" or a Bus DLC do you know? I don't have The Bus yet although it is on my wishlist.

I actually don’t know what they are working on exactly- but to be honest I think Bus simulators (apart from Fernbus Simulator maybe) are even a little more unpopular than train simulators- so I can’t imagine they drop even further down the game sector to places only few people play; because logically: The less players the less revenue

I think OMSI was quite popular, there are quite a few add-ons for it. I agree though I can't see them abandoning train simulation. Maybe they are just branching out a little.

According to Linkedin there’s between 11 and 50 employees and I personally don’t think they can split in two distinct teams. I think they put on pause any development for TSW at the moment and they’re trying something new, with The Bus, which is quite surprising to choose as this game’s seems to be a forever-beta.

I saw that they’re looking for a 3D artist and an audio engineer so maybe for their project for The Bus or they’ll come back stronger in TSW, who knows.

Quick question on the Frankfurt-Fulda gameplay pack to make absolutely sure: I trust the 111 and the cab car do come with this pack? One does not have to own Salzburg-Rosenheim and Bremen-Oldenburg routes to make this pack work?

Do I understand correctly that DB BR111 and n-wagen come on Fulda without suspension function?
Then the question arises: why is content included in the release that does not support the functions declared as mandatory for TSW 5?

The Gameplay pack comes with the DB BR 111, but if you don't own Frankfurt Fulda you won't be able to play the included scenarios.

Thank you for confirming, Jan. I was a bit worried as I don't own Salzburg-Rosenheim yet. This turns out to be a cheap way to get the 111 :)

The 111 timetable actually has me interested, but I share the concerns voiced by stujoy and others. Will the timetable actually run on PS5 without crashing? I’d like an official comment on that because Frankfurt - Fulda left me severely disappointed in this regard.

They said that the 111 will be on a separate timetable taking the place of the 146 and dostos. So it won't be adding service layers as it's on a separate timetable.

Me as well, Bernina is really quite enjoyable for me (apart from the ridiculous end point). I also still play Island Line 2022 quite a lot. Just wish they would improve their attitude to ongoing support - They’ve improved Fife Circle a lot, so I’m still optimistic they’ll come up with something nice.

They are reading off an auto-cue machine, or script boards, off to the side of the camera.

I know. My question is if the new timetable will crash as often as the original.

I don't think it is necessary the timetable, I think the scenery is the issue

I must say I hadn’t seen the bit saying it was replacing the Dosto services on a separate timetable, only the headline where it said additional gameplay, so I am not as concerned as I was initially. Hopefully there will still be some optimisation work done on the route to improve performance and make crashes less likely.

    If I understood correctly,
each loco/emu is on its own separate timetable, making it possible to switch each one off or on.
Not spent much time on the forum this week, but I think the layers switching should make the timetable available for X box S 9th gen.
Hopefully someone else can put me right if I've misunderstood.

Final reveals for this week are up! As a note, next week I will create a locked-thread instead to help keep everything more clear, but it has been great to see some really great feedback and evolving conversations throughout the last few days :)

Class 86 is great news. I’m also more interested in Athena’s pack now with Mk1‘s in BR Blue. Might get that just for the coaches. I also like scenarios so the fact it comes with 10 makes it more appealing.

    Ok, so to sum up:
US: 2 things (new loco and winter train)
Germany: 2 things (timetable and Br111 timetable for Frankfurt)
UK: 4 things (Railtours pack, new loco, new route, new wagon)

I‘m happy for people interested in UK stuff- but personally I‘m actually a little disappointed seeing Germany only got a few news on something already announced and the Br111 timetable; the US got a new loco at least :/
Well, there are two weeks to go and I really hope for more German stuff and especially to hear something about Rivet- and it would be great to see them bring something Swiss again :)

But I have to say I really like this season of reveals so far- always thrilled when it’s almost 14:00!!

    Something for everyone.
And great we've got a MK1 buffet to visit.
I'm off to get myself a tea and a bag of crisps.

There are two more weeks. Also two of the reveals have been third party products.

I do hope we see some more for Germany and the USA, and other counties of course.

I'm thinking we've seen the bulk of UK announcements with possibly Cardiff Network and Peak Forest left to be announced, I think German stuff will be coming thick and fast now.

Great news, I was hoping we'd get some air-con Mk2s! Lots of potential for other routes too
