I have been trying for sometime to buy an item from the store which just sits in my shopping cart as when I go to checkout it keeps donuting!! Is anyone else having this problem Is the store bugged?
I have and also tried on four different devices so I must be blocked from purchasing as I made a complaint recently and have received no response from several emails. I sent in a complaint about this too, again no response.
Why not just buy what you want on the Steam page - it's the same thing And if everything is a Complaint rather than a Problem to be fixed then you might get peoples backs up Peter
I'm having trouble logging into the dovetail live store while in game using train simulator 2020. Keep in mind I have the legacy ts 2020. Maybe thats the reason I can't log in in-game. The only way to log in is the out of game way. Meaning through chrome, edge, firefox etc. Is there a special fix so I can log in dovetail live while in game? Maybe because I use windows 10? When I type my email address and password to log in, the "connect" button is shadowed out. Please help if you can.
The in game store page has been broken in one way or another for about a year. I never use it and only ever use the steam website to buy or add content. The in game page is effectively the same as the DTG store pages anyway https://store.dovetailgames.com/
Don't log in to the Store in the Game. You can access the Store from the link at the top of this Forum If you are logged in here then you are Automatically logged in at the Store. Peter
