Hi John, Your ticket was replied to on Friday. As noted on Kayako we were closed from Tuesday the 24th December until the 2nd January so I'm not sure why you expected a reply sooner.
TrainSim-Daniel -- did you see when I posted my message here? And you did reply to my ticket and I gave you my answer. Why did you reply to my message here today even my ticket was closed that I requested to you late last week. Wake up Daniel after the weekend!! John

Dear Dovetail Games Support i need a bit of help i am playing on the just trains western mainline route and every time i have been trying to add a train on the route i always get the out of memory error message appearing and this has happened alot.
You don't need to put you comments in large font You Do need to Contact Just Trains - it is there software that is causing you the problem
I adree no need to shout to DTG for support. Uninstall and then re-install the route, if the problem still exists contact Just Trains.
