Oh, and you think you're being so helpful, Armchair Legal Eagle? It's a YouTube video for goodness' sake not the crime of the century, and there are systems to strike videos if copyrighted material is found, or for example songs will take always a cut of the revenue if detected. The video is obviously transformative and so thats why this policy is relevant. This isn't as big of a deal as you are making it out to be.

How did i make a personal attack on you if i don't even know who you are, what you look like, heck i don't even know your name! Also if you're not in any way a legal expert (or at least somebody with a little knowledge/understanding of these things) then maybe its best for you to not post all of these claims...

 

Which claims are those? I simply pointed out there might have been a copyright infringement .. Certainly I feel like Im under personal attack at the moment. Comments like "you must be fun at parties" certainly cause me personal hurt. Portraying me as some kind of armchair legal eagle makes me feel like Im under personal attack too. Theres's more, not against me but in terms of a general tone, and its that which keeps me here pushing back. Its a shame the mods seem to be absent.

Jeez, I still have PTSD from people using that stuff to anchor screws in pinball machines I was restoring. Seeing a ring of blue around a screw when disassembling a playfield meant a difficult time ahead.
