PlayStation Dra: Dosto Cab Car's Sifa Pedal Not Working

On the VVO cab car that came with the Nahverkehr Dresden, the sifa pedal can't be acknowledged. As the picture above shows, the pedal also can't be pressed by pointing it with the cursor.
Sometimes if you turn sifa on, off, then back on again and press the pedal with the cursor, it will start working. However today when I did a S1 service by taking the service over from an ai driver, that no longer worked.
This has affected every timetable service that I have played with the cab car, most recent being 06:31 S1 service to Coswig. This bug appears to me on Ps5.
