What does the conditional program switch do?
Also, what about the traction only/braking only switch?

Are the systems modeled in game and if so what are they?

I'm not sure it works in the NDR version, but conditional rundown is so the taps run down and stay off once you get to the selected speed. Would be good for frequently stopping trains like S Bahn.

Traction only - doesn't apply electric brake to hold speed so you can use just air brake. Brake only - doesn't apply any power, just electric brake.
