PlayStation East Coastway: Issues With The Footbridge At Hampden Park

After testing the latest update I found that it is impossible to climb the newly accessible footbridge on the west side of the level crossing as your character seems to shrink into the road which traps you if the crossing barrier is down. Seems like a collision issue.
