1. I had a play of the remaster earlier, loaded into Lewes Station and saw a 377 with the first coach in the station and the rest outside of it. I thought this was the pause I experience after loading and I expected the train to move into the station properly... but it didn't. I went into photo mode and found this...


2. The announcements say "Glynde" wrong and it should sound like "G-lined" as in to wind something up, not "Glind" as in binned. I also think Bishopstone is said incorrectly too. I have heard it as "bishopston" rather than "Bishop-stone".

 

I'm on Steam so tried the remaster earlier only thing I found was the weird partially missing rails (They are there but just extremely thin) at Brighton pictured below.

I've now purchased the 171 pack and keep getting the following crash to desktop more often than not when in the Brighton station area.

• Announcements are not saying the TOC.
• TSRs appear through platforms. PC

 

2G27 Hastings to Brighton on PS5. I seem to have grown some bushes from the 377 when looking at the external view. They dis/reappear if you move the camera down the train.

 

And another crash to desktop with the 171/8 at Brighton before even moving off.......

All mods removed and running totally vanilla.

Station announcements dont work only at Brighton.

Onboard welcome announcement dont work at starting station only at Brighton.

DSD puts the train in emergency stop while driving. And cannot be acknowledged in the 377/3.

Go via location at Southease station triggers the announcement.

 

I have no train announcements at any stations is any one else having this problem. On board ok but nothing at stations. On pc steam.

 

To be fair, I would say that about a lot of rolling stock in TSW, plenty of trains in the game have taillights looking white-ish for some reason.

 

The PIS on the AI trains (all of them) is not showing.
The PIS for the 377/4 and and 377/3 is far too big as mentioned before
- There’s no scrolling on the side PIS like there was for the BML for the station names.
- Couldn’t hear any platform announcements

I'm hoping this is possibly sorted........ What realised had also happened today was Microsoft's February Win11 update installed before I purchased the 171/377 add-on but after I updated the ECW this morning!!!!! I've uninstalled this month's Win11 update and since then no crashes. Not sure why it was only occurring when using the 171/377 add-on though and not just in general in TSW.


I'll do some more test runs tomorrow and also add my mods back in tomorrow to confirm all still OK after uninstalling this month's Win11 update.


Hopefully just another case of Microsoft strike again!!!!!

 

I've just had my first run (CCL 313201) on a trip up from Seaford towards Brighton and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The suspension is absolutely fantastic on the 313 I love it!

The only gripe I had is that it should really have the same announcements as the 171 and new 377. But it was still nice to drive and the remaster looks great. Although Brighton could have used a little touch up here and there.
