I had been working on this before I took a break from TS about a year ago. Now I'm starting up on it agin, I thought I would post something here before it goes to the workshop as a WIP map in the next few weeks or so (time permitting).

The plan is to make everything east of Faversham, Ashford and Folkestone dating somewhere between 1930 to 1940 in it's era. This should give a big enough choice of different routes to run. Although I really do enjoy all of the historic research this type of map involves, it does take a lot longer so probably won't be completed any time soon.

Having already done the Crab & winkle and some of the East Kent Light Railway I merged these routes (different origins and terrain paint, urgh) and backdated the EKLR to the correct era. Some track then neede to be laid to join these two up starting with Ramsgate to Canterbury. I then continued down on the Elham valley towards Folkestone. Not all scenery or indeed stations have been done but this is the current phase I am working on. I'm not sure what I'll start after arriving at Folkestone, but that's miles away yet.

    Here are some pictures.

So heres the big plan and a run down of what's completed and what's not.
I'm debating finalising the route after each phase is complete so people can make scenarios for it. Then when the next phase is complete finalise that and remove the older version. Any scenarios made should copy paste over ok without any editing as long as the author is able to. Not sure if this is a good idea or not though yet, it would be interesting to hear any thoughts on it.

More pictures for you. I have just finished Bridge station today and am fairly pleased with the outcome and the general look of the Elham valley line so far.
