The elizabeth line was due to open December 2018 and now is due to open 2021 December-2022 March. This route would run from shenfilld to London Liverpool st and you can add the train to the great western express route as it dose go from Paddington to redding and maybe you can add it’ll the line from London Liverpool st to Paddington as it is under ground in this part. I would love the line to come to tsw 2 with the bit of London Paddington to Reading i think they would make that from scratch again and put the electrification up fully. Problem is though it hasn't even finished being made yet so I'm unsure if it would be easy for it to come. They would also have to figure out having different safety modes in the different sections of the route and have it so they can make ATO
