Hi, is there a guide to the EM2000 on the 66? I would like to know what Brake cut in/out does?

I've figured out the speed control section which is handy for filling those hoppers

Cut-in should be set to enable brakes to function correctly if you're driving that particular 66.

It should be set to cut-out on the second loco if running a double loco service, although I don't believe any of those are in game :)

In the Cutting scenario using top n tail 66's the sim had me going back n forth setting the cut in/out, just wondered what it did, only info the sim gives is to do it & not why

Cut in essentially means that end of the loco is controlling the braking operations. Cut-out means it is being controlled remotely.

In short, set the EM2000 to 'cut-in' when you're in that cab. Cut-out in all others.

I don't recall seeing this documented anywhere unfortunately.
