No I get that but I will hold my breath, and hopefully not waste my time because in my time I will learn how to skin a cat. But yes I get the tone and will still endeavour as this is public and if DTG or no member that has set this thread respond will show me and us the community what they think in a public thread set up for help on that topic. It’s defeats the object of why these thread have been set up. I will exhaust this avenue before I agree it was a waste of time and pointless on holding me breath. All time and the person who set this thread up can answer who is right or wrong here. Meaning either way I learned something and that’s never a waste of time. Back to something constructive. Okay a few photos with a quick overview of what I am having to do to get around this problem or bug. I’ve pulled the grey back a so the base yellow decal shows. In pulling that grey decal back to match the side then this happens. The yellow showing on the side. The yellow is not mirrored front to back but side to side. The grey circles has been shown in red. I intended on using white for the rear and yet you will what that caused later on. I have had to work from above to try get around the circle on the side issue but look what happens. The pink mirrors from the front under the front red decal to the rear as it should but also on the sides as it should not do……..
……fixing the mess. The red from the rear and from set from the rear not from above. Only on projection of 5%. Me putting the colours back to normal. That’s the Top lamps and side fixed. But if I wanted the lamps to be white then I’d have white circles. Next fix………
….. photo from last post. Ie the result on the side for changing the red projected circle back to grey. Putting the grey decal in place but showing that in pink and why I have to do what I am with the grey to cover the yellow. The Pink is now set back to the grey and so it now matches the side. As you can see with over 20 steps to fix I’d say it’s a Bug And I hope this clears up any confusion on my issues as I appreciate you trying to help me. By showing what I have to do should warrant some kind of response from the the Thread creator. I got it on discount but what about those that paid £9.99p. If DTG care then I await a response, because if they take no responsibility for the quality of what we fans buy then like I was recently advised not to do. Which is not hold my breath or my time like now, then obviously I can understand their tone if they too ran of of Air. And patience of waiting and wasting one’s time waiting serves me or them that have tried no purpose. We know where we stand don’t we. I am help his company operate in the UK and He, speedfreak the Owner of a EU based company (RAILNEX EU) to help me (HOOKHAUL) in the EU market of logistics. We have a little bit of fun with being CEOs and that, just to blokes playing around with that and role playing. I find we can assist and help each other out as we both have the same passion for fictional liveries, it’s also a great way to see what others come up with. That is absolutely bizarre! I cannot imagine how front textures on the headlight clusters would appear on the sides as circles. Have you considered narrowing your headlight yellow blocks in the x-axis to see if they go away? (You could patch ant unwanted grey from the sides)
I'm surprised that there aren't any RHTT services included in the pack, we have the wagons and the pack has a 66 with the remote. Seems like an easy win
Isn’t it just, and why I have come here to find an answer or raise awareness of this issue. And yes I could do that to cover the yellow from the sides but that still affects the rear top light. So a problem still remains as I want the rear circle to be white not grey. Plus the issue might get worse if I was using pink on the sides but didn’t want pink on the lights front bottom or top rear. Again I will try, but as you can see it’s a lot of messing around. ✌
I haven’t had the pack long so not done any routes. Yet your right the 66 is fitted with the Module for RHT. And so if it’s fitted and we also own the RHTT pack, why is that not an option or available. I don’t know to be honest with you. Maybe you could ask if that’s a possibility for DTG to consider building RHTT services in. ✌
