Hi all,

We are pleased to announce that on the 22nd August 2017 we will be fully integrating the forum login system into Dovetail Live. This means that you can access all Dovetail Games websites and services with your Dovetail Live account.

To facilitate this, we will be retiring the old forum login system on the 22nd August. If you are already using the forums with a Dovetail Live account there is nothing further you need to do. Just continue to use your Dovetail Live account. If you are logging into the forums with any other type of account you will need to upgrade it to a free Dovetail Live account.

To create a Dovetail Live account simply follow these steps.

1. Open your web browser and go to https://profile.dovetailgames.com/
2. Click the Login/Register button in the top right corner of the screen
3. Once the login page has loaded click the Register option below where it says, “Need an account?” on the right side of the page
4. Fill in the details you want to use for your Dovetail Live account. We suggest using the same email address you used for your forum account
5. Once finished click the Register button at the top of the page
6. You will now be returned to the Dovetail Live page
7. Click the Community button in the top left corner of the page
8. The forums will now load - https://forums.dovetailgames.com/
9. Click the Login button as normal and log into the forums with your new Dovetail Live
10. If you have used the same email address for Dovetail Live and your old forum account we will detect this and prompt you to link your accounts. To do this just follow the instructions on the page.
11. If you have used a different email address we will ask if you have an old forum account. Click yes and once again follow the instructions on the page.
12. Job done!

All users will now need to use a Dovetail Live account to log in, you will be prompted to link to your old forum account when creating a Dovetail Live account so that you can keep your profile information.
