For a sim using the latest technology, it’s features seem to lack, so I have compiled a list of features that should be in the sim. 1) Random door opening, this is definitely more prevalent on slam door stock as in reality the doors don’t all open at once, so I think that dovetail should add some randomness into which doors open and when especially seeing as AP have been doing this for years. It also makes sense seeing as the (slam) doors had no CDL meaning the passengers could open the doors at will. 2) AWS delay, in reality there is a delay, not only between passing the ramp and hearing the alarm, but also the delay between the sunflower turning on and the horn sounding. Again AP have been doing this before their class 321 pack. 3) GSMR/ CSR/ NRN these features are only minor (in terms of functionality) but add a lot more to the cab. 4) Finally an on train Guard, such as in TS Classic the guard would open and close the doors and give the ready to depart signal rather than all trains being DOO. Another thing to mention would be to add some variation into the guards signal so it isn’t the same ultra quick one in TS Classic. One more note would be to add keybinds to features such as the DRA, and Guard signals. For a smoother experience.
