I’ve had a lot of fun playing this game, I have added some feedback below that I feel would greatly improve the game. Pros Great to see two full-length routes included: the Main Line and the Ffarquhar Branch Strong variety of characters available at launch Nice balance with engines split across routes (branch vs main line) The game clearly has strong foundations and future potential, with visible expansion points already built into the map Overall, a solid base that captures the feel of Sodor and its operations Moving Forward (Routes, Timetables & DLC) Ffarquhar Branch Add missing engines: Toby, Mavis, Daisy to complete the branch Introduce a proper quarry freight timetable: Quarry → Ffarquhar (e.g. Percy/Mavis) Ffarquhar → Main Line / Harbour (transfer duties) Ensure multiple engines (Thomas, Percy, Toby, Mavis, Daisy) all have defined operational roles Allow engine rotation within the timetable: Currently Thomas mainly runs Annie & Clarabel between Knapford and Ffarquhar Rotate duties so Thomas, Percy, Toby, and Daisy can all handle both passenger and freight work This would better reflect the Railway Series where engines regularly share duties Main Line Current roster (Gordon, Emily, James) feels limited Add Henry and Edward to create a more realistic rotation: Gordon → Express Emily/James → Local passenger Henry/Edward → Mixed traffic + freight Build a busier, more continuous timetable to make the railway feel alive Future DLC Opportunities Brendam Branch / Docks Engines: Edward, Bill & Ben, BoCo, Derek Industries: Docks + China Clay Works Little Western Branch Engines: Duck, Oliver, Donald & Douglas Rolling stock: Toad, auto coaches (RWS inclusion would be a great touch) Special / Bonus DLC Stepney, Class 40 Diesel (already hinted in-game) Narrow Gauge Expansion From Crovan’s Gate with its own network and engines Gameplay & Features Add guard whistles for departure so players can operate without relying on the HUD Fix coaching stock so guard compartments are accurate (not used by passengers) Address steep gradient issues (e.g. trucks from Anopha Quarry to Ffarquhar causing wheel slip/lock-ups) Introduce a Scenario Planner: Players can create their own stories Automated AI traffic and scheduling Full control over railway operations Add a Consist Builder: Customise trains with chosen engines and rolling stock More flexibility and creativity for players
