PS5 Fix The A.i. Train Dispatchers For Tsw 7's Florida Tri Rail.

It hasn't been a full week yet and this game is messing up.
The Florida Tri Rail and it's "crown jewel" Freight Hauler leaves a lot to be desired.

After you've worked at getting your consist together to drop them off along the way, you get stuck behind a red signal. So you wait.

And wait. And wait some more.

Passenger trains are the priority. I get it.

But when the A.I. train dispatcher gives you an incomplete lineup, blocking the road behind you, and doesn't have the where with all to change it, then I'm at a loss.

As one character puts it: "You have caused confusion and delay!"

The player shouldn't have to be the yard/road train operator AND the train dispatcher, dropping trains and making reroutes to clean up the railroad.
