The collectible poster is like that because it was placed on the catenary. This has since been changed/moved with no consideration for the collectible. It can still be collected.
There are also floating DS signs along the route, probably also there because the catenary has been moved from their original position. As for the stop markers, so many of them are horribly placed. Which is pretty annoying, because you're supposed to use the stop markers to watch where you stop, so if they're placed incorrectly, you stop at the wrong position, obviously. Wish they fixed them.
