One of the most iconic railways in the world, and now also with heritage services from the Jacobite Black 5 during summer, and with its viaduct of Harry Potter fame, runs 84 miles from Fort William to Mallaig; around mountains, and over viaducts. With steep and challenging gradients, and incredible scenery, the line is still used by modern commuter services too!
