On my Xbox One S the FP40H and cab car from Peninsula Corridor are not appearing on Scenario Maker. They are installed but I can’t use them on scenario maker. Anyone else have this? edit: I can’t even enable off the rails mode on a new scenario. I can tick the box but then it won’t let me go down to the confirm button.
