In the tutorial for the 166 you have to apply the break to the maximum. I have applied it by mouse and / or via keyboard and the HUD shows a "7". No way to proceed in the tutorial. Same happened to me, when I had to finish a scenario by applying the brake. This was not recognized. I use a German keyboard and German language settings.
