I run on bordesless because to me it runs better and also I wanna avoid crashes when I TAB out.

And you have to correct me if I am wrong about FPS.

I got myself a 200 FPS screen so now my games runs on higher FPS.

Do you mean a 200 Hz refresh rate, as a monitor doesn't control FPS?

You should really just try it.
I find full screen with V-Sync being the best - ideal if you can set any fps - because it smoothens the frames. Whenever I drop below 60, it starts rendering frames in bursts and even 55 fps can feel like 20. Same about 120 I'm afraid. (The best I got was 140 and it wasn't at all smooth.)
    Drivers can affect it.

Full screen allows you to set a few additional things, such as resolution (doh) but also gamma and more. So ultimately I'm a fan.
