Whenever I blow the horn near of by the unloading facility south of South San Francisco yard it just plays the horn continuously and won’t stop. Then the horn doesn’t work at all after that. In some other cases the horn just stops working and doesn’t come back.
It's a known bug. Hopefully on their fix list. People complain about them reusing horn audio on the OSD route, but at least they work and sound OK (at least to me- not in any way a horn expert). The UP GP-38 is the worst version of that loco in the game- no idea what happened there on what's an otherwise excellent route.
