After looking at the pictures from Rivet Games' Arosa Line, I wondered. How is it possible to get equally good graphics.
Don't know for sure, we don't have that line yet. My guess would be, the usual stuff. Max everything in game, use the highest resolution your system can handle. Maybe read through the thread on this here forum about the engine.ini settings and again, if your system can handle it, start experimenting with those. https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/engine-ini-settings.31489 Some people also swear by ReShade. Personally I don't use it in TSW, but I have used it and its predecessor SweetFX in more game through the years than I can even remember. If setup right, it can make a world of difference.
Mind you, shots released for PR are designed to look extra-special good. How many fast-food burgers have you had that looked like the ones in the commercials?
