With the reunification of GCR and GCR(N) nearing, I thought it would be quite a fitting celebration to have the modern day heritage railway added to TSW, with both North, South and the interconnecting link. It could contain a diesel and steam gala (like WSR does) however also a mixed traffic ‘standard operation’ day. As for the locos, it would be nice to maybe see some of the ‘staples’ of the railway (and well-requested locos), such as the Deltic, or the 50, with maybe a reworked 37, then steamers like the 9F and possibly the bubble car ‘Iris’ too. It would also be quite nice to have layers from current locomotives off the mainline, with maybe some tours and/or other special workings using the mainline link at Loughborough.
Good suggestion though my first wish would be to recreate part of the old Great Central, maybe from Woodford Halse to Annesley so you can run the Windcutter freights with a 9F steam loco.
Yeah that sounds nice too, wouldn’t mind either, anything for more steam in the game (that isn’t just reworked versions of the same loco with flashy lights…)
