If DTG wants this function my suggestion Duisburg Oberhausen-Arnhem Railway should be the first route to featuring GSM-R because there is a section Zenvaar-Emmerich that has ETCS GSM-R 25kv 50hz. On the other hand within the same route I mentioned Emmerich Oberhausen Duisburg has GSM-R PZB LZB Sifa 15kv 16.7hz installed while Arnhem Zenvaar has ATB EG/NG ETCS GSM-R 1.5kv DC.
