Guys, enough of the petty back and forth squabbling.

Blurring and/or other performance issues - this has been discussed to death. It's been recognised as a core issue and this is to be worked on.

Until we hear any information in regard to fixes, can we please leave it at that? This thread has been derailed more than enough times by now, and I would hate for it to get locked because of a few who cannot read the rules or listen to what has already been posted.

This thread is to discuss the appreciation of the remaster update, as well as to report any issues found with the route, timetable, as well as its rolling stock.

Are there Midland Mainline HSTs on this route?

I've gone through the list of available power cars on GWE and I don't have that option

DTG Liam had a few runs on GWE-R over the past few days, and while I’m not much a fan of diesels, I can confidently say you’ve done a cracking job at remastering the route. The scenery is immaculate and I’m loving the new foliage and stations, particularly the two end points (although Paddington is very loud!). Even small details I can tell have had a change for the better, and altogether really contribute to the realism and gameplay experience on the route. The new timetable is really adding to the immersion; I’m noticing a few services here and there being held outside Paddington to await another leaving, nice addition as the journey has something which makes it a bit more interesting. Was a bit disappointed with the exclusion of the 387, but I quite like the new liveries and internal colours that it’s come with, hoping we do get a 387 DLC soon! :)

I’ve noticed there are a handful of issues, which specifically pertain to the rolling stock, I think some of them might be legacy issues, for example I noticed the interior lights on the 165/166 still have to be turned on manually, so when driving past one in the night you can’t see anything of it. The GSM-R doesn’t load the head-code correctly (only displays a 2 digit number then 998 in place as a signal number), and the TPWS fault button lights up instead of the train stop override when pressing the latter.

I understand these are minor issues, hoping these can be addressed soon! Other than that, it’s a splendid route to drive compared to before (Hopefully this becomes one of my regulars). Well done mate :D

DTG Liam Just found a possible bug in the remaster? On service 3P55 you are instructed to leave Reading TCD but get a red signal at the entry to the platform at Reading which stays at red and you are not allowed to get permission to pass. Assuming there was a service in the platform I looked on the "9" screen and found no service there and my own route signalled out of the platform at the East end so just appears to be the entry signal which is stuck at red and stopping you using this service.
