Hauptstrecke Rhein Ruhr: Br 425 Doors And Bochum Ehrenfeld "bridge"

This post covers two bugs, first the DB BR Door bug. For one, the door is stuck inside the train when in the opened position and for the other the animation for the outside and inside don't match up when looking from the outside. The inside seems to be buggy and just jolts out of place occasionally, I cannot provide pictures for this, but just fire up a timetable drive with it and pay attention to the door animation.

The second one is a terrain error by Bochum Ehrenfeld where there is a massive pile of gravel under the bridge across the road:
