Sure Matt said about one month ago that they didn't had the opportunity at the moment to record the noises from a german diesel shunter. But my hope for that grows in the last days. The reason is the announcement of ECW. Till that moment I thought, the next UK-route will be a historic one and if it will be a modern one it will be diesel only. But than the surprise. ECW is the opposite, a modern British electric route. So I could imagine that in next months there could be a surprise with the arrival of an German diesel shunter.
Not trying to be rude, but where's the corelation between ECW and DB's inability to provide an operable locomotive with a driver?
