The footbridge next to Gillingham level crossing on SEHS is utterly wrong (a blue box in game, a wrought iron footbridge IRL)

In Spirit of Steam, DTG have double decker buses driving over what is in reality a 5’ wide footbridge. They built it as a road bridge lol. They can’t get everything right I suppose. Local knowledge is a dangerous thing.

The bridge immediately south of Runcorn station. It’s a brick/stone construction but is just a narrow footpath over the tracks and not a road.

Thank you, I had a look on Google and this is the bridge in question, On Picow Street, Looks like the road just ends so I wonder if it used to be a road bridge and was converted to a footbridge at a later date? Screenshot_20220819_124342.jpg

No, it has always been a footbridge. Here’s an image from an old map from around 1905. Bridge in the centre.
