How To Change The Spawning Of Cc Liveries On Ai Vehicles?

Hallo you all,
I hope someone can halp me. I want to change if a Creatos Club livery is spawned on an AI service Train or not. I found it for my own liveries in the livery designer, but not for liveries form the CC. Is this possible too? I quite sure that Mat said that this is a new feature of TSW 4. Thanks for you Help in advance.
