I was editing a new scenario I was creating for the Hamburg to Lubeck and Hannover DLC and got it working pretty well, but wanted the end point to be in one of the yards beyond Hamburg Hbf Platforms - I changed the scenario to end at one of the Hamburg Hbf sidings just beyond the platforms. TS2021 crash with the dreaded Out Of Memory errors. I had already changed virtual memory etc. etc. etc. to help prevent these. I cleared cache, which put me in 32 bit mode and restarted. NOTE: I just realized that the "Hamburg to Lubeck and Hannover" DLC is a workshop route, a merge of the two official routes. That said, I restored the DLC and it works - BUT I'm still getting Out of Memory errors even after changing my VM. Device name DESKTOP-OKTQ0CJ Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable) Device ID C723F5B8-30BD-41C6-8252-B035C4F84D07 Product ID 00330-52441-04880-AAOEM System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display When I go to the Scenario Editor, I only see the scenarios that I was working on, no others (32 bit or 64 bit mode). Should I restore from a backup or is there a way to refresh a DLC? Overall, TS2021 seems very unstable - especially using the Scenery editor. Either 32 or 64 bit I get about 10 minutes of editing before Out of Memroy. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank goodness for an active forum.
If you wish to reinstall the combined route you would need to reinstall it from the Workshop - or a backup The two separate routes should be ok but if not you can extract the Tracks.bin from the *.ap file Peter
I should have also mentioned if you have created a scenario and then the game does not load then removing it from the folder and placing it outside the game might solve the problem. Peter
