Do you suggest to buy the new route Train Simulator: Arizona Divide: Winslow - Williams Route Add-on if the sad thing it have no Santa Fe logo, I mean I really like to buy that dlc that have the AT&SF train and paint scheme and the famous Santa Fe logo, if the only sad thing is that it dosen't have Santa Fe logo and word on the european market? And I know that I like AT&SF that now is BNSF.
I mean I'm european and I really want to buy this route, but I know that on the train I will don't have Santa Fe write and logo.
If you read the other thread about the route you will see the answer in post #7 https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/arizona-divide-winslow-williams-route-add-on.37857/
I have a question, I think it will become problem if I buy this wagon pack of the ATSF? https://store.steampowered.com/app/...1/?curator_clanid=958135&curator_listid=43456
Is that still purchasable for you? It was made before the licensing issues with BNSF so it doesn't come unbranded.
I decided to take one for the team and actually bought that pack - £2.99. They show up in the editor so I suspect that they can be used with no problems.
I would had waited to buy it until there are 30% off on the price. I think it is a waste of money to buy something for full price when it is not complete. I did that on the Montana route(waited until they had 30% off on the price).
I have a question, I installed the Arizona route, but on assets there is nothing of the route, and when I put the free patch, I don't need to overwrite anything, but if I remove the free patch and I put it again the locomotive of the route dissapear.
Are you saying this is what you have done or you are wondering Will the loco disappear if you remove the patch?
The logo is missing because BNSF has dictated no logo outside of America. There is a patch for people outside of America. So you can apply this patch and use the logo outside of America. If DTG figured this part out, they could produce less expensive content and let the users apply the patches for the trains with every release, but DTG does not deal in unbranded content itself. For third parties, they have to impose their own license limits. Bossman Games got hit by this on Welsh Marches and quickly unbranded everything, even the EWS, to put it back out.
