I noticed on the ICE 3 (BR 403) that SIFA does nothing at least at long as LZB ist enabled. When letting the alarm go off and ignoring it, the voice announces a Zwangsbremsung, yet nothing happens, the train just keeps on driving. This also happened to Sam in one of the release streams I think.
