One thing I don't get is why the improper horn use penalty exists, in America trains blow the horn regardless of the time except if it's a quiet zone. I just don't see a purpose in having it show up after you play a scenario like if it's at night. Who does it apply to in this sim? It's a problem if you run an American route.
You get it in some UK routes (or is it the rolling stock?) too, pass a whistle sign you sound the horn, get to the end of the scenario and "Improper use of horn 7 times"...
There is a setting for making people use the Whistle and deducting points if they did not but I can not see the opposite regarding Whistle Use and time of day https://sites.google.com/a/railsimd...eatures/train-simulator-2015#TOC-Whistle-Sign
