PS5 Intermodal Trains Spawning Completely Empty After Yesterday's Patch?

I think yesterday's DTG update patch might have broken Cargo Line Volume 3 DLC. Has anybody experienced intermodal trains spawning completely empty?

I just ran all 3 timetable services on WCML Birmingham - Crewe, and they were all empty skeleton runs.

Also ran a couple of class 390 timetables on WCML South, and all AI intermodal trains I passed were completely missing containers.

Has anybody else experienced this on PS5 since yesterday's DTG update?
