Ireland has never been represented in Train Sim World, and this proposal brings both Northern Ireland Railways and Iarnród Éireann together in one connected network. It combines coastal commuter runs, cross‑border express services, and suburban expansions into a single vision for Irish rail in TSW 7.

    Route Overview
Bangor → Belfast Grand Central → Dublin Connolly

    • Length: ~125 miles / 200 km total

    • Operators: Translink (NIR) & Irish Rail

    • Rolling Stock:
      • NIR Class 3000 & 4000 DMUs

      • Enterprise Class 201 + Mk IV coaches

      • Irish Rail Class 071 freight

    Gameplay Highlights
    • Coastal commuter driving from Bangor to Belfast

    • Long‑distance express runs on the Enterprise service

    • Cross‑border signalling and bilingual signage

    • Realistic timetables (e.g., 06:00 Belfast → 08:23 Dublin)

    • Dense suburban traffic around Belfast and Dublin

    • Scenic landmarks: Bangor Marina, Newry Viaduct, Boyne Viaduct, Dublin Connolly

Why It Fits Train Sim World 7
    • Introduces a brand‑new country to TSW

    • Offers commuter, express, and freight gameplay in one package

    • Connects perfectly with ETS2’s upcoming Isle of Ireland expansion

    • Strong community demand for Irish content

    • Belfast Grand Central acts as a hub for future expansions

    Future Expansion Ideas
    • Dundalk → Dublin suburban commuter

    • DART network (Howth, Bray, Maynooth)

    • Dublin → Cork intercity route

    • Belfast → Derry/Londonderry scenic line
