Is it worth it just for TSW2? Personally no, I will play other games to make my crimbo present worth while, but I have to say TSW2 PS5 Version looks amazing & runs much smoother & loads an order of magnitude faster than my PS4!
Same here, it is great. And not just for TSW2 but other PS5 versions of games that I have look loads better. Mine was also a Christmas present, from my three sons.
Plays great on PS5. I’d say it’s totally worth it because the 8th gen consoles limit the game. Also going from PS4 to PS5 you get to keep all the DLC you bought. If you switch to PC or Xbox you need to buy it all again. Also all the other games you own pop right into the PS5 no problem. The DLC 64gb limit isn’t a huge deal unless you own ALL the DLC and want to play it ALL at the same time. Otherwise you can install and delete DLC as you see fit and keep it under the limit. For reference I own all the American DLC and almost all the British DLC and am still under the limit.
If you bought a PS4 when it came out 9 years ago at £349 it's cost you less than 75p a week, so i guess your answer is there it's been 9 years since the PS4 release, so its not so much is it worth it now, but is it worth it in the long run, that will only depend on when Sony decide to replace the console itself. But at 75p a week for a PS4, sounds like a bargain to me.
In my opinion yes because in my experience there have been no crashes what so ever and the gameplay seems much smother and you get almost double the FPS (around 100-120FPS) then you’d get on PS4
