I find the alerter to be very frustrating. I don't mind hitting "q" repeatedly but the "signal speed" vs. "track speed" really kills me and leads me to the system stopping the train fairly often. What's the right way to deal with that? How can I anticipate the lower "signal speed" if I am just watching the UI that shows the next signal and speed change?

if you are coming up to a yellow signal always drop down to 44mph.

Drive to the next lower one. If it says L, do 30, M do 15.
Also I notice that a lot of the 50 mph permanent speed restrictions are protected by a Limited signal (L)... so when it says 50, do 45 instead.

Yeah you gotta take some time and learn the MTA routes
