When trying to access an item in workshop I am getting a sync error and a freeze. The only way out is to end the game by closing the taskbar icon. This is new since the TS2020 update. I can access workshop through the appropriate route and drive tabs. Trying to delete a workshop item through the workshop tab causes this annoyance. The only way to delete an item is to unsubscribe through my profile then use NameMyRoute and open the UEI and manually delete. There are several with this issue. TS2020 runs well, no crashes in 32 or 64 bit .

The I found to to unsubscribe from a Workshop Scenario is to
open the Steam Client - click on Community > Workshop and then Train Simulator 2020
From there you can unsubscribe Workshop Content - Close the Steam Client and then Re-open it and start the game
