Just to be clear; as critical as I've been about Train Sim World and it's many shortcomings (at least on console) it can, when it wants to, be quite beautiful. Agreed. I just obtained Clinchfield as an add-on to upgrading to TSW3 and I have fallen in love with the scenery of it. I keep expecting to see a sasquatch ;-)
I find the frustrating times are outweighed by the positive moments for sure! And yes, TSW3 can really be stunning at times.
Wide open vistas... Beautiful even in the sleet... Romantic mountain rails... Tails of grass and trains...
There’s no doubting that TSW can look stunning. I think this makes it particularly jarring when it doesn’t quite get there (Arosa Line for example).
Some really nice dynamic weather from Laramie to Cheyenne on this trip. Snow higher up on the route. This was alot of fun and really added to the immersion on Sherman Hill
