That's a good discount. RSSLO are usually 30-40%. I've had a look at Youtube and the route looks good. RSSLO seem to have improved their vegetation from earlier releases.
There are a few inexpensive scenario packs available on the Just Trains website, which are worth purchasing.
Reskins for the unit are available on a number of websites This has a number and sorted by company https://www.major.wales/home And you even find them north of the border
And the German community regularly enhance the routes from RSSLO, making them a worthwhile investment overall. Invariably, you need a couple of German DLC routes for the signals and other items, Konstanz-Villingen is one of them, read the manual/read me for more info. https://rail-sim.de/forum/filebase/entry/7589-linz-passau-update/ Cheerz. Steve.
Oh, goddabbit. It's back to 29.99 already. Didn't see this yesterday unfortunately. That said, I've given the Mittenwaldbahn 1016 a try and was not having the best time with it. Since all scenarios use that, I wonder if I would play them anyway. LOL
RSSLO SALE - Today 14 Feb Only Happy Valentine's Day Special offer: Code: VALENTIN gives you 30% discount on everything today only!
Yeah, this is a problem with a day considered in an international sales market. It might do providers well to treat a day as a longer period to accommodate as many potential interested parties as possible. Personally, I wasn't home, but it was the 50% off one that might have interested me anyway.
Go on RSSLO's site and sign up for Email Alerts. You are not then reliant on somebody posting the information in a Forum
Good advice 749006, I get sale information well before anyone posts it on here. Apart from APs Easter sale where I am looking for a couple of items not previously been in a sale, there is nothing more I need.
No, best place to keep up to date with AP is Facebook, I don't want a discussion of whether Facebook is good, bad, evil or anything else, just stating the facts, that's exclusively where AP post their updates.
RSSLO - WEEKEND SALE Weekend sale: 50% OFF for Brennerlok - ÖBB 1822, Draisine - X626, Brigitte - SZ 363
Just for clarity, is their Mittenwaldbahn the same basic route as the DTG one, or a completely different production? I notice the Brigitte uses the route, but if they are completely different it may be worth confirming that. .
Check the DLC. It lists the Mittenwaldbahn as a requirement for at least one scenario. That's exactly what I thought. Cheers.
That’s because it uses the OBB Rnoos timber wagon which is included in the Mittenwald route rolling stock. Mittenwald and the Rest of the German/Austrian System is 15kV ac the Brigitte is not dual voltage.
I have both versions of the route. To me the RSSLO one is more appealing, and well worth purchasing. RSSLO in the last few years have had quite a few sales between now and the end of April and if they do the same you won’t have long to get it at a third off discount or maybe half price if they include it in a Coupon Sale, normally held at this time of the year!!!
That does not make the loco suitable for the route. In the game you can run almost anything over any route - even if it is not prototypically correct. It depends on how realistic you want your scenarios Somebody could release a scenario using a Class 67 on the Canadian Mountain passes Does not make it correct
So you're saying I should get rid of my plans to run a Voyager on Marias Pass? Kidding aside, yeah, I gather from the discussion here that the Brigitte should not be there. Scenario using it is called German Wood, I'm finding. Right now, I think I'd need to look at the routes that all use trains not included with it and figure out the best pickups on that. I have research to do, but it seems smarter to focus on routes first and wait for those special 50% off promotions; these three trains all use the Sudbahn sometime, so I wonder if that route will get a discount soon.
No, the scenario is for the Brigitte not for the Mittenwald route. The Mittenwald requirement is for the wagons needed in the Brigitte scenario.
So why is the Scenario called "German Wood" and what route is it for? SZ 363 German Wood Rating: *** Duration: 35 min Scenario type: Standard scenario Route: Mittenwaldbahn
Think Peter addressed this one nicely already. I had already found that exact same thing before commenting.
Eh, I did it - as a quick drive though - with the one that came with the original North Wales Coastal. However, as you can see, I didn't get very far and the end result wasn't too good.
The Miami - West Palm Beach route and the LGV: Marseille - Avignon route are currently on sale for 50% off on the steam store.
Another 2 routes on sale on the Steam store. The Wutachtalbahn: Lauchringen - Immendingen Route and the Chatham Main & Medway Valley Lines Route are currently on sale for 50% off.
For those looking at Chatham Medway, be advised that the Medway portion is NOT included with the Dover and Ramsgate route, so this is a definite pickup if you want to visit the Tonbridge area (a bit out of the way since you can't go through Sevenoaks, mind...or Sixmaples for that matter *ba dum tss*). Also, the CML base route comes with it like it does with Dover and Ramsgate.
Have a look at this for the direct route to Tonbridge https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2905241934 https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd....587/83451ECCECBF13F2E42F6594A1B52D2A477711C5/
Oh, I've seen that before but don't think I ever grabbed that yet. Took a bit of a long break from Workshop stuff, not sure exactly where I left off. LOL Thanks for the tip, I will grab that and also the 802 trio I'm looking at.
Humble bundle once again has a mega bundle available for TSC (also includes TSW3 base game). 24, 18 and 6 item bundles available. https://www.humblebundle.com/games/train-simulator-classic-on-fast-track?hmb_source=search_bar
The TSW3 is just a coupon for 45% off rather than the game. Saved me some money as the only ones I don't have/want are the US DLC
I'm confused by the Bundle. The picture for the LIRR is Train Simulator Classic but the description is for TSW. Everything else is TSC related, apart from the 45% of TSW3.
